How long can I rent the item(s) for?
Standard rentals are for 3 nights. We offer weekly rentals if going out of town. A $50.00 daily late fee will apply for all late returns

I live outside of Toronto, can you ship to me?
Yes! We ship within Canada. Applicable Shipping & Handling fees will apply. (Contact us regarding S&H fees either through email or phone) We ship via Canada Post and FedEx, and can accommodate your needs within a few hours if in the GTA and within a couple of days outside of Ontario.

What happens if I return my item damaged?
We ask our clients to make every effort possible to keep the items in its original condition, and no additional fee will apply to items with regular wear and tare. In cases of item abuse, damage, or loss, you will be charged a repair or replacement fee.

Are all items on the website "new"?
All items on HushCouture.com are either "new" or in "like new" condition. We take great pride in our designer apparel and accessory collections, offering our clients the highest standards in retail wear.

Can you alter a rental dress?
Yes, if you live in the GTA, minor alterations (i.e. strap or hem shortening) can be done at an additional fee.
